hello everybody.. lama tk mengupload gambar.. hehehehhe.. malas sebenor nyer.. heheheh.. anyway semalam main futsal bersama opismate kt sunway extreme park... memang penat giler.. ye la dah lama tk excersise... sambil2 main futsal, sempat la jugak berposing... huhuhu..

Perhentian Island 29 July 2005 - 31 July 2005

Last week im going to Perhentian Island... the is the best trip.... heheheh memang menyeronok kan.... sbb tempat die memang best... team kali ni terdiri dari finaz, aqim, zaza, che red, syadat, adini, zz, sheila and su.... so take a look what happen there.. yoshhhhh....

Tioman Island

I had trip to Tioman Island... its so wonderful time to be there... so many thing im doing there.. hiking...snorkling.... fishing.... and important thing is eating!!!!!!  everyone like eating right..... 
i have been three days there... n i hope i can be there for the second time with my old friends.. goshhh it so beautiful view... not believe me.. just take a look....
